Welcome

Welcome to our website!

Welcome!  Here at my home office, health and well being are the focus.

The top priority is to reduce stress on the spine and nerve system.  This is accomplished with the Specific Chiropractic Adjustment to improve the alignment in the spine and the function of the nerve system.  The three causes of stress to the spine and nerve system are trauma (physical stress), toxins (chemical stress) and thoughts (emotional stress).  Trauma can be as big as a fall or an auto accident, as small as overuse of the mouse on the computer or texting on the cell phone.  Toxins can be the food you eat, the medications you take, the liquids you drink, the air you breathe.  Thoughts can be those of relationships, jobs, self talk.  The list goes on!!

Help with nutrition is available with suggestions for a healthy menu, suggestions for supplements if needed, and testing for Omega-3/Omega-6 ratios in the blood.
